DODGE CITY – Eleanor R. Reynolds, 100, died Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at Manor of the Plains, Dodge City.

She was born February 8, 1912 on the family farm in Boone County, Indiana, the daughter of Frank Leslie Alexander and Myrtie Francis Montgomery. She moved from Westfield, Indiana to Dodge City in 1996 to be closer to her son. She was a homemaker. She was active in the communities she lived in doing volunteer work.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Dodge City.

She is survived by her son, Franz Pickett, Dodge City; 4 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by an infant brother and 5 sisters.

Private family graveside services will be at Maple Grove Cemetery, Dodge City. There will be no public visitation.
